Get to know top 6 short flicks by Iranian directors

In a Tehran ceremony, a collection of top six short films from Iran cinema with high critical acclaim has been screened.

The event held at Tehran Book Garden hosted screenings of six short flicks gaining a great deal of accolades over the last two years at the national and/or international scales.

The list includes Atefeh Mehrabi’s ‘#4 O’Clock’, Ali Khoshdoni Farahani’s ‘The Periodicity’, Farnoush Samadi and Ali Asgari’s ‘Silence’, Saeed Nejati’s ‘It Rains Slowly’, Dornaz Hajiha’s ‘Marlon’ and ‘Elephant’s Shadow’ by Arman Khansarian.

At the beginning of the event, the creators of these artistic works came on stage to talk about the importance of short films and capacity for development.
